Associate Director, Office of Admissions, Records and Financial Aid, Portland State University (PSU), Portland , OR .

Develop, secure support for, and implement strategic plan for student of color recruitment, coordinate programs and activities, serve on President’s initiatives and planning committees to promote campus diversity, coordinate scholarship selection, plan and implement conferences, manage budget for recruiting students of color, collaborate with community organizations and campus programs to increase and improve retention, supervise scholarship coordinator, community college liaison and administrative support positions, serve as faculty advisor to campus chapter of the NAACP. Facilitate scholarship selection process. Developed a scholarship program for African American students with the Black United Fund of Oregon. Coordinate a campus summer jobs program for high school under-represented students. Develop programs for under-represented students to learn about college admissions and participation process.
